JavaScript puts Flash on iPhone, kind of.

Tobias Schneider has built a Flash runtime that works right in the browser. It’s implemented in pure Javascript and HTML5, and the whole thing is open source, MIT-licensed, and hosted on GitHub.
In simple terms, it means you can run Flash files without a plugin, which amongst other things means you can actually run flash on an iphone too.
Before you get too excited, while the iphone can run flash, it’s painfully slow for obvious reasons and though I’m sure the speed will increase, it’s unlikely to ever to run a plugin speeds (I’d really like to be wrong about this).
